Tucked into the tall pines of Hochatown, just minutes from Beavers Bend State Park and Broken Bow Lake, this modern farmhouse retreat with a Mediterranean touch was designed with one goal in mind: making you forget what day it is. In the very best way.

Fleur de Lake sleeps everyone comfortably, without anyone drawing straws for the better room.
On the main floor, the downstairs king suite offers a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower complete with its own window. A private door leads directly to the back deck. Wake up, step outside, take a deep breath. Mornings here deserve to be slow.
Up the spiral iron staircase, the second floor king bedroom is bright, comfortable, and comes with its own mounted TV. The upstairs suite also includes an adjoining den outfitted with twin bunk beds, should your group need space for up to six. A spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and its own window rounds out the second floor nicely.
That Fireplace, Though.
The floor-to-ceiling tiled fireplace is the centerpiece of the main floor... and honestly, it earns that title whether the gas logs are burning or not. Seasonal by nature, stunning year-round. A large TV mounted above it means movie nights are already handled.
The open concept layout flows naturally from the living room into the kitchen and dining area, easy to gather, easy to spread out. A half bath on the main floor keeps things convenient for everyone.
If you feel like staying in, you’ll be glad you did. The kitchen is fully equipped for anyone who loves to cook, and the live edge wooden bar, which echoes the fireplace mantle, makes the whole space feel as good as it looks. Linger over a slow breakfast. Pour something cold. Pull up a chair.
Fleur de Lake Has Not One, Not Two, But Three Distinct Outdoor Spaces, Each with Its Own Personality.
First, let’s step onto the covered back deck. It might just become your favorite room in the cabin.
The trees at Fleur de Lake don’t just line the property, they wrap around you. Close enough to feel like a treehouse. Keep your eyes open. Deer have been known to wander through.
Ease into the hot tub, relax in the sitting area by the outdoor gas fireplace, catch a game or your favorite movie on the large outdoor TV, and if you’re feeling competitive, the cornhole boards are ready when you are.
Just around the side of the cabin, the fire pit area comes with six Adirondack chairs and charming strands of twinkling lights that add a special glow after sunset. The kind of spot that turns a good evening into a great memory... somewhere between the first fire and the last s’more.
And don’t overlook the front porch. A pair of rocking chairs and a cozy covered sectional make it the perfect place to start your morning with coffee or wind down your evening with something a little stronger.
The Heart of Hochatown Is Only Minutes Away.
Though you may need a little convincing to leave! Mt. Fork Brewery, Shuck Me Restaurant, Okie Girls Coffee & Ice Cream, and The Tasting Room are all within easy reach. Beavers Bend State Park is nearby, hiking, kayaking, fishing, boating, zip-lining and more. There’s no shortage of Mother Nature to explore and enjoy here.
Feel like a walk instead? The roads surrounding Fleur de Lake are well maintained and perfect for a relaxed morning or evening stroll.

The location was perfect—close to everything and easy to find. The cabin was exactly as
described in the listing and photos, cozy and well-maintained. The host was very responsive,
even with our last-minute reservation, and provided clear, helpful instructions. One of our
favorite parts of the stay was watching movies by the fire on the patio—such a cozy and
memorable experience. Highly recommend!

Fleur de Lake was a great place for our 3-day weekend with friends — perfect for 2 couples,
including the cabin, front and back decks, and grounds. Everything was as described, very
clean. Toni was responsive and made special accommodations for me upon request. Our friend
is in a wheelchair and other than being lifted up the 5 steps to the front door, everything
else was accessible to her, including the step-free shower in the downstairs bedroom. I
would definitely recommend and stay again! We got rain the second night and enjoyed the
small creek from the back deck 🙂 Thanks for sharing your space!

What an amazing stay! The house was even BETTER than the description and pictures. Beautiful
cabin that was private and clean! Host was amazing and helpful when needed. Just overall an
amazing experience and will absolutely be choosing to stay here again!

My husband and I booked a last-minute trip to Broken Bow recently, and after becoming
overwhelmed with the Airbnb options, decided to stay at Fleur de Lake. The property was
beautiful and clean, and the outdoor area was perfect for my husband to work during the day.
We enjoyed having access to a full kitchen, as well as an outdoor grill. We would definitely
stay here again!

We LOVE this cabin. It's by far the best cabin we have stayed in. It allowed us to reconnect
and enjoy each other's company which we don't get to do very often. The bed is amazing, and
we loved the back porch. We enjoyed fishing for trout, visiting Girls Gone Wine, rented jet
skis, and cooked out on the back porch. Thank you so much for letting us enjoy your cabin.

This cabin was so nice and clean! The management company texted us to make sure we checked
in ok on the day of our arrival. Everything was perfect and was an amazing place to
reconnect with each other! Just what we needed, at the time we needed it! We enjoyed
relaxing in the hot tub, playing corn hole and board games, shopping around town, and eating
out at Grateful Head Pizza and Abendigos. (Could have used just one more day!) 🙂

My sisters and I spent Labor Day weekend at Fleur De Lake, and it was delightful. The cabin
layout was so well thought out, decor was lovely, and every detail was attended to.
Convenient to the park and other attractions, but so peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed every
minute of our stay and could not have asked for a better experience. Hope to return again

CHECK-IN: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. If you plan to arrive after 4:00 PM, please email us at bearmountainlodging@gmail.com. This will help us better prioritize our cleaning schedule during the busier times of year. Fleur de Lake is a self-check-in cabin, and you will receive your directions via email 7 days before your arrival.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 11:00 AM. To make departure day more efficient for everyone, please text 580-212-4746 if you decide to depart early. This will help us with getting the next guests in on time. Owner is not responsible for items left in the cabin. If requested, items will be shipped for a $25.00 handling fee plus actual shipping costs.
Renters agree to maintain the cleanliness of the cabin during their stay and leave the cabin in a reasonably clean condition when they depart. All dirty dishes should be placed in the dishwasher and turned on before leaving the cabin. Refrigerator needs to be emptied of all food. Tie up trash bags and place them in outside containers. Please start a load of towels before your departure. Please do not strip the beds, the cleaning staff will take care of that. We will take care of the rest! Excessive cleaning fees could apply if the policy is not followed.
DOWN PAYMENT: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. You will need to use one of the major credit cards to make a reservation. The down payment (Reservation Fee) is 20% of the cost of the total reservation. Down payments are applied toward the balance. The down payment (Reservation Fee) is nonrefundable.
FINAL PAYMENT: The balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
AGE REQUIREMENT: You must be 25 years of age to reserve this vacation rental. This cabin is limited to families or adults 25 years of age or older. For couples (2 Adults) the age limit is 21 years of age. We reserve the right to refuse service with monies forfeited if any discrepancies in our policies are suspected.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY-6 people: Do not exceed the maximum occupancy allowed for the cabin. Guests that violate this restriction will be asked to leave and will lose all rental fees. We do require a list of names and ages of guests before your arrival if you did not provide it at the time of your reservation.
RESERVATION REQUIREMENT: There is a 2-night minimum required. There is a 3 or 4-night minimum for holidays and high peak season.
CHANGING CABINS OR DATES: Date changes or removing nights are subject to a $50 fee. You cannot make a change if you are within 30 days of your arrival date. Reservations cannot be moved from one cabin to another.
NO HOUSE PARTIES OR EVENTS: House parties or events are strictly prohibited. Rental guests understand that we will accept families, married couples, and responsible adults 21 years of age and older ONLY. Renters acknowledge that violation of this agreement will lead to your being required to leave with NO refund. Guests must state, in advance, the number of renters/guests during their stay at Fleur de Lake.
ATV RIDING IS PROHIBITED ON THE PREMISES: It is illegal to ride ATVs on the area roads also if you are not properly tagged.
PETS NOT ALLOWED: We know you love your fur babies, and we do too. However, we do not allow pets at our cabins. Non-Compliance of our NO PET policy will result in a $50 per day charge. Again, guests that violate this restriction will be asked to leave and will lose all rental fees.
NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE IS PROVIDED.
NO SMOKING IN CABIN: We ask that you do not smoke inside the cabin. Ashtrays will be provided outside. Please put your cigarette butts in the ashtrays. Non-compliance will result in a $100 per day charge.
SHOOTING GUNS OR FIREWORKS is prohibited on cabin property.
HOT TUBS & COVERS: Our hot tubs are cleaned and chemically treated after every rental. Hot tub use is strictly at your own risk. Persons with high blood pressure, skin sensitivities, or who might be pregnant are strongly urged NOT to use a hot tub.
PLEASE do not allow anyone in your group to walk on, jump on or play on the hot tub covers, they will break. The condition of the hot tub is checked after every checkout and before your arrival.
WE LOVE OUR TREES! Please do not cut on or cut down trees on the property. Fines will be charged to your account for damaging trees.
PROPERTY ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT: Please do not tamper with the electronics, television, receivers, etc. equipment in the cabin. Also please do not unhook or disconnect any cords or wires from any of the equipment. We do check the TV’s, DirecTv receivers, and surround sound to ensure they are in working order. Please make sure everything is in working order before you leave. A $100 fee will be charged for unhooking or tampering with any electronic device.
MAINTENANCE PROBLEMS will be addressed in as timely a manner as possible. However, the rental rate cannot be adjusted due to any malfunction of equipment (which includes T.V., VCR, DVD, heating units, hot water heaters, stoves, refrigerators, hot tubs, locks, etc). In the extremely rare case where there is a major problem with heat, hot water, etc that makes the home uninhabitable we will try to arrange a different accommodation. If that is not possible, all fees will be refunded.
COVID 19: As of March 14, 2020, the Covid-19 pandemic has been widely publicized worldwide. All guests who book reservations are now aware of the risk and therefore our full cancellation policy is in effect. Covid 19 is not a valid reason for cancellation. Therefore, NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS.
LIABILITY NOTICE: Acknowledging this contract signifies you, as the guests, agree to all the above policies and certifies you as the guest are 25 years of age or older. This cabin is privately owned, the homeowners or property management are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowner or property management are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
If anyone neglects to follow the rules, policies, and suggestions of Bear Mountain Lodging, LLC the guests cannot hold us responsible for their actions, accidents, or neglect. Once your first payment is received, it is considered a rental agreement and is considered a legal and binding contract.
*Regardless of notice, a cancellation will result in the loss of your Reservation Fee.
*We require a 30-day notice of cancellation. You will forfeit your full amount if the cancellation is made 30 days or less prior to your arrival date.
*We request all cancellations be in writing, via email. We will accept cancellations via phone, but will again request a follow-up email. Only the guest on the reservation may cancel a reservation.
*Inclement weather does not make a valid cancellation.
*If the cabin can be rebooked, we will refund you less the Reservation Fee.
*Trip Insurance can be purchased at www.insuremytrip.com.
